24-Hour Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

Our goal at Treasure Your Health Institute is to provide our patients and clients with the outstanding quality service and products. We take pride in our care and value your patronage. It is important for us to have policies that help our office run more efficiently.

If you should need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a 24-hour notice. If your notice is received in less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we will charge you for that treatment. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE AN INSURANCE PATIENT, YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY WILL NOT PAY FOR MISSED APPOINTMENTS. YOU WILL BE CHARGED DIRECTLY.

Please understand that if you do not give us ample notice, we may not be able to fill that appointment slot, and it will cause us to  lose our ability to serve another patient or client in that time slot. They will also miss the opportunity to receive our service.
